While the poles are designed to withstand winds up to 100 MPH flying the flag sizes indicated, we strongly recommend that the flags be lowered when winds exceed 50 MPH to avoid damage to the flags.
The above information on maximum wind speeds is provided based on the poles being correctly installed and flying only one flag that does not exceed the recommended size for the pole.
